Candidates Must be Pass (i) Pass in Subordinate Accounts Service or equivalent examination conducted by any organized accounts department of the Central Government; OR (ii) Successfully completed training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent and experience in finance/cash/budgeting/accounts work or its equivalent Education from a recognized State Board / Central Board / National university.
